This Privacy Policy explains how Gondena™ ("Gondena," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website, platform, or related services (the "Services").

When you apply as a Pro, we may use third-party consumer-reporting services or public-records databases to verify your identity, criminal history, and license status. We retain only the conclusion of that review (approved/rejected and basic notes) — we do not store full consumer reports.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted-at-rest databases (Supabase), bcrypt-hashed passwords, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure — we do our best to keep your data safe but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Gondena uses essential cookies only, primarily for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we've collected data from a minor, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.

9. International Users

Gondena operates from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with a new effective date.
